Auto-Grab Credentials Enhancements #3

There are certain scenarios where auto-grabbing WHD login credentials isn't exactly good behavior. Because of this, I'd like to add an option to turn this off. Additionally, I'd like to generally enhance this functionality. Before this issue can be closed, the following must be implemented:

  1. Add an "Auto-Grab Credentials" option -- on by default
  2. Don't auto-grab if already logged in (even if auto-grab turned on)
  3. Add an option to automatically grab WHD installation URL

This issue might be expanded to include more functionality related to auto-grabbing credentials before it is closed.

Looks like this is all good with commits 2e552c7 and 12be6df.
