Issue (Current Behaviour)
When JS is turned off in the Browser, the Navigation becomes inaccessible and all navigation features become inaccessible. Other than being a UX issue, this denies the crawler from being able to access and follow the links.
Solution (Expected Behaviour)
The navigation should be HTML/Text based with CSS properties applied so that links are fully accessible and can be followed by the Crawler.
