Provide configurable double click operation on tabs and on the tabbar itself #1112

OS version: Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit, SP1, German ConEmu version: ConEmu 130621 [64]

It would be fantastic if the user can configure a double click action for the tabbar (empty area) as well as for the tabs itself. All my other tab-aware applications have an option to close the current tab on tab-double-click and to open a new one on tabbar-double-click (empty area aside the tabs). I would be so happy to get ConEmu behave similar.
