No lag problems on my side, so need more information from you (first step)

Run " ConEmu .exe /log", Open Settings -> Info Reproduce lag (10-20 chars) don't press Enter Make screenshot of both ConEmu and Settings windows Make MINI dump of active process (it is PowerShell.exe, yes?). Attach here LogFiles and MiniDump (full dump is not required now)

It must have been an artifact of another process. Even though I could reproduce it after app restart/reboot as of two days ago, today I cannot. Let's just close this ticket and call it good for now. If the problem returns, I'll follow the recipe above and ensure you get the troubleshooting data you need.

OK. BTW, strange problem, because PowerShell must use same reading (keyboard) routine as plain cmd.

Status: Done

Interesting, as this does not mention the version of powershell used, 32 or 64. I'm having the same problem. It consistently happens even after a reboot. The 64 bit version has this problem (the exe location under C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowershell\v1.0\powershell.exe), but the 32 bit doesn't, located in C:\Windows\SysWow64\WindowsPowershell\v1.0\powershell.exe.

However, using the 32 bit version in a task group to open @ conemu startup results in a program not attached, is it gui?

Your comment 5 contradicts comment 4. How 32 bit PowerShell can works without lags if it is not attached??

And read my comment#1
