"Extend foreground colors" not works at all

OS version: Win7 SP1 x86 (PC,Nvidia), Win8 x86 (Laptop) ConEmu version: 1202035 & 120327d Far version: FAR 2.0 build 1807 Bug description I never tried it before but "Extend foreground colors" not works for me at all: I selected color #1 (blue). On first line, backgraound is blue, but then black bg. follows. At the highlighted FAR.EXE, bg. becomes cyan but remains cyan until top of popup suggestion box (notice that black comes in again after the 2nd. row...) Steps to reproduction 1. Clean install ConEmu & FAR

2. Set "Extend foreground colors" "on" 3. PS.: it's would be an extremly useful feature because users can fully recolor FAR but leaves default DOS colors for command-line utilities (some of them using color output).

Ok, I'll check this.

However, I think about some feature... It is possible to assign some settings (palette, fonts, something else?) to active process in console. So, Far manager can have one color palette, cmd.exe - another, an so on...

PS. Why you are not using Far 3? It can have fully customizable truecolor palette.

About that feature You mention: would be nice to support attaching more than one background bitmap! I using a nice aluminium texture on file panel and no texture on menus, dialogs. But would be nice to give another fine texture to menus, another to dialogs, and would be supercool to strech an oldscool TV reflection to the DOS lines :)

Technically I mean that You just need to support more 'Background image'+'Replace color index' and You need to use these at runtime.

Sorry but this error is still here. I goes to a laptop which never ran FAR3, ConEmu was not installed ever.

I installed ConEmu lates stable (120205) and FAR3 3.0.2579 and color extender works like attached bitmaps :(

I can manage separated commandline/FAR palette in FAR3 - thansk for Your mention - I just indicate this bug.

You MUST use latest DEVELOPER build of ConEmu with current Far 3.

I confirm, that 'extend foreground' feature has some artifacts. They will be fixed in future builds of ConEmu .
