Test request: Galera service #27

This is a request for someone to test the Galera service in the ConPaaS-1.4.1-rc release candidate. The most obvious person to do this is probably @alescernivec but it may be good that at least one other person takes a look at it.

Make sure the service starts/stops correctly
Make sure we can set a new admin password
Make sure we can upload a database dump
Make sure we can scale the service up/down while it contains some data

By the way, what is the status of the load balancer in this service?

The service has been tested thoroughly prior the latest ConPaaS-1.4.1-rc, now we have some problems with the created image: @FrancoCaffarraAndEsterDiBello will report this shortly. When the agent goes to RUNNING state, the bootloader hangs: "Booting from the hard disk".

The load balancer is added to the service. When the balancer is added to the service, the manager automatically reconfigures the URI on the web page for the user to be used (different IP, port).
