Show all the necessary information in the Application page #97

The application page should show more information about the Application Manager (at least its IP address, the cloud where it is started, logs of manager VM). We need to decide whether it makes sense to have states assigned to the Application Manager and, if this is the case, what operations are allowed in each state.

This issue can be split in different ones. Some information about the application manager is already shown in the gui. Regarding the logs, Teodor has been working on that. I would suggest opening more specific issues if something important missing.
