Add 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 to version history #2

The version history has not been updated with these two releases.

[x] Update all version numbers
[x] Add binary releases for 1.0.2 to the server
[x] Change the maintainer docs to match these versions and explain why they differ
[x] Change the user docs to reflect improvements (file expansion in args)

Edit: 1.0.2 seems not to have been merged yet, this should also be resolved!

Can you add the versions to #4?

I don't have the knack to come up with version names (altough I think we should get rid of the whole naming versions thing, its not reflected anywhere else than the maintainer doc)

We will not be adding manual binary releases to the servers; the pipeline (when ready) will take care of this.
