check_disk: ignore drives which have problems but are not required #35

if a drive is locked with bitlocker, then we should still be able to monitor other drives as long as they are explicitely named with drives=LETTER. For example BitLocker-drive K: (which is locked after a reboot) should not affect C: or D: Before: image After: image
