Implement `CHANGELOG.md`. #32

Hi all, I want to add a change log to the project as a learning experience (need one for dLux that we kind of have). There is a gh extension that automatically generates change logs. This might be the way to go, but I am not sure. Regards Jordan.

I have gone ahead and tried this out and it seems to work nicely. I need to have more than one version to see for sure, but for now I am closing this issue as completed.
