Use `pyfakes`. #48

Hi all, I have been working on a lot of file interactions and it has been difficult to test because it requires interacting with the disk. Queue pyfakes which creates a fake filesystem in memory. Regards Jordan.

All the tests are implemented so this would simply create additional work.
