Write XSLT transform to convert RIF-CS records into RDF graphs in RDF/XML format.

First need to select the appropriate ontology.

All the information needed for the visualization is now captured from the RIF-CS data and re-expressed in terms of the CIDOC CRM. Additionally, RIF-CS collections (i.e. series) are also captured, though they aren't used in the visualization at all.

A few aspects of the RIF-CS records are not yet converted to RDF. There's probably another day's work in producing a complete mapping.
