'Deleted' documents listed in resources #50

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to 'Your Resources'
2. Scroll down to 'Browse Resources By Project'  

What is the expected output? 
- Only active documents 

What do you see instead?
- Various 'Deleted' documents. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This is the expected behaviour, but it could be made configurable.

Note that the retention of 'deleted' records is disclaimed by the EULA.
