What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://andsdb-sc18-dev.latrobe.edu.au/ontology/6781
2. Look at ontology graphic
3. Scroll across to 'Beverage Service' and click. Then click Tea or Coffee.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Activities are out of alphabetical and entry order
2. Only 'Cup' or 'Can' is shown; should be 'Cup, Saucer, Pot' (Tea) and 'Can, 
Saucer Pot' (Coffee). Ie, nodes only show one of multiple options in the third 
tier. They still appear in the Ontology list.

Standing issue: OWL ontologies require unique tokens.
