The information schema of the EATS authority control system will be customised 
to support the RIF-CS entities and relationship types. 

To test, model the existing sample RIF-CS records in full using EATS, and 
re-express them in RIF-CS format using an XProc pipeline.

EATS seems inappropriate for the task. We have decided not to use it and 
therefore this task is unnecessary.
