Description and Full Description should have different content #64

It appears, from the contents of their tooltips, that the two description
fields (brief and full) are intended to contain information about the dataset;
however, they're currently populated with descriptions of the samples (or they
were before I edited them). As there are separate records for the sample
details, this seems redundant. It would be better if the brief description just
gave the technique (e.g., XPS, SSIMS, SPM, etc.) and a general description of
the samples (e.g., carbon nanotubes). The full description could then provide
the specific details of the information contained in the data (e.g., survey
spectrum, positive-ion mass spectrum, Au 4f image, force curve, etc.)

So if we pre-populate the brief description with technique + the summary
description from teh BOSS record, and leave the full description blank for the
researcher to fill in, is that good?

Rob's call. Those fields are derived from what kaitlyn provided, which i
assumed had been discussed already.

Rob, their meanings are yours to define, and the data you'd like to see in
there by default can be imported provided it comes from an applicable metadata
source. It will be possible to put in simple logic as well, so if you need data
from different feilds depending on which technique is used, that's possible too.
