Rename "Supplier Code" and "Supplier ID" to "Supplier's Product Code" #67

On the editing page, the field we're using to enter the supplier's product code 
is titled 'Supplier Code'. On the repository page, it's titled 'Supplier ID'. 
Both suggest that the contents of the field pertain to the supplier, rather 
than the material, and instead should be titled 'Supplier's Product Code'.
