There are URIs in acs0000503-01.xml and acs0000508-01.xml which use an x-spid: reference system (which is not declared in a refsDecl). Apparently it's just a reference to one of our texts, i.e.
<ref target="x-spid:acs0000507-01">review</ref>
is equivalent to:
<ref target="acs0000507-01.xml">review</ref>
Is that right?
I had actually been wondering whether I should declare a reference system (which I was going to call "document:") to refer to a document by identifier, but in the end I thought there was little value since you can just as easily refer to a document by its file name, as above.
