Menus should overwrite the Chat. #19

This Chat needs the feature, that when u toggle a NativeUI Menu (like EUP Menu, Interaction Menus) that they get over the chat. Now it is so, when you have a menu open, the chat puts his messages over it and you cant see the menu.

NUI is always going to be higher than native so this can't be fixed
