We should document, for us but also CA, how we work with the OTAP model and the different 'websites'.

[x] What is the purpose of O T A P
[x] How does code/functionality move from one step to the next / not needed to document, we will do this internally.
[x] What is needed to get something to the 'final' website
[x] Who will do this when
[x] What to do when you need to do a rollback

I have a contact who is going to 'neem in beheer' the project and can do the OTAP steps, meeting next week

Talked to Roy, he is up to date, he will ado this. When OTAP is done is being discussed.
