Decide on & document the working process post 30/11

The website is a good prototype, however moving forward as agreed upon we won't be developing functionality anymore, We would like to do some small improvements if they have a major impact! Please let us know when you have any. Bugs and fixes will of course be handled. While we will try our hardest, we cannot give any commitment on e.g. deadlines of when the improvements would be ready. Please feel free to add functionality or other great ideas that you have to our github issues list, so that it is central with the functionality and other issues we already have.

Any general issues and improvements surrounding the 'process of working' on/with ATLAS can be shared with Xavier. Content wise improvements and issues can be shared with Quintin/Lucas. Moving content from any environment (O T A P) to the next can be done by mailing Roy and Xavier, as instructed in the box.

[x] Futher refine process: when do we (conclusion) take a look at issues of what is being uploaded to see what to do on best-effort basis. Communicate this with CA so they know this process as well.
