Currently the only thing the README.md says about setting up the development variables is:
Copy config/sample.env to config/production.env or config/development.env and put the right configuration in there
To be honest, I don't know what the right configuration is and as much as I could probably find partial information this prevents me from running Concorda. There should be dummy values that allow for development than one can copy without modification or better explanation of how to get the keys/values from.
