top-level Moloch actions (anything with an utterance) should have an optional icon to be specified (open to ideas what the best route for this is) and label/flavor text. If an action is on a Moloch actionQueue then if it is so identified, it should appear along the side of the interface. I think an indicator (coloured boundary) might be neat to specify reward or punishment but am not set on this (or how it would be implemented). The initial proof-of-concept is in the code, but unused at the time of writing this, but I think it was a solid idea to communicate what might otherwise be opaque or confusing for subjects. As discussed with @alexandre-lavoie on servers with groups, it might also be amusing for them to be able to see which Moloch is being a nuisance.
