Remove concordium-wallet-common-helpers #479

Some functionality seems to be isolated into https://github.com/Concordium/concordium-wallet-common-helpers for the purpose of being reused across with the desktop-wallet. Since this is not being used yet and not being actively developed, I suggest that we remove this repo again, moving the code back into the browser-wallet to simplify development.

The code was moved in as part of https://github.com/Concordium/concordium-browser-wallet/pull/481
