Use ledger secure sdk

[shjortConcordium]

Purpose

Use the new ledger-secure-sdk for nanos+ and nanox, so that we can build for nanos+ 1.1.0.

Changes

• Updated build scripts and dependencies
• Updated Zemu dependency and made testing work with new versions.
