Purpose

Make the credential deployment transaction UI more seamless, in particular if only using a single public key (all wallets do this currently).

Changes

Cleaned up unused encIdCredPubShare
Cleaned up unused attributeHashDisplay
Updated UI to display full credential deployment transaction if only a single public key is in the transaction.
