Update all tools to support protocol 7

Task description

Once the Rust SDK is updated the changes should be propagated to this repository.

The critical pieces are

• id company tool. This needs a new release
• KPI tracker (needs a new deployment once updated)
• chain-prometheus-exporter (must be available for stagenet deployments for p7 otherwise those will have errors).

But other test tools must also be updated.
