Out of band catch up with Node 6.0.4 on Stagenet failed #1042

Bug Description Out of band catch up could not be completed on Stagenet with node version 6.0.4.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set up out of band catch up from 0 on Stagenet with the node version 6.0.4.

Expected Result Out of band catchup completed.

Actual Result

Catchup continued and was completed after the failure. Node switched to inbound catchup.

Versions

Note I have started another out of band catchup on Stagenet with 6.1.4 version to isolate the issue and confirm whether this is only issue for 6.0.4 (backwards compatibility). I will also try to get some more logs for the issue.

This is marked as expected behavior due to a change in out if band catch up behavior between versions 6.0.4 and 6.1.4.
