concordium-client: Create a mac installer #358

As there is a problem with statically building the concordium-client on Intel Macs, we have decided to build it dynamically and create an installer which can be used to install the concordium-client on both Intel and M1 based macs.

This task includes basically 2 steps:

Building the installer
Signing the binaries and the installer itself.
