UI differences on Shielded Balance, Receive page and backup frame #103

Bug Description Minor UI issues are present. Naming of the button and text string above the number of CCDs are not changed as proposed.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open shielded balance.
  2. Select RECEIVE button (former ADDRESS).
  3. Backup warning frame is blue instead of yellow.

Expected Result

  1. Button ADDRESS should be renamed to RECEIVE. "Balance total" should be renamed to "Shielded balance total of "
  2. Buttons share and copy are of a different size and different inner colors.
  3. Frame should be yellow.
