Added missing Send Token Prompt screen and info. #209

There was a missing screen in the SendToken flow and it didn't match the Figma designs and the BrowserWallet flow. Sending tokens worked but a screen was missing and some of the info depicted in the Figma designs was also missing.

Added a missing screen in the Send Token flow for CIS-2. Added missing info in the Send Token flow.
