Include Terms and Conditions

Description A page containing Terms and Conditions should be the first thing the user sees after the splash screen, and the user would have to accept it before continuing to the intro flow.

The current page, seen just after the splash screen, will also need a few changes.

All changes are shown in Flow 15 in Figma (Contact @jens-concordium for a link).

Implementation looks good in 0.5.38, nothing major to point out except maybe the last line with the "I Accept" clause. Right now it says:

"By clicking on "I Accept" while downloading the Concordium Mobile Wallet, you agree to these terms and conditions."

As the user has already downloaded the app, and there is no "I Accept" button to press when downloading the app, this doesnt really make sense.

@concordium-cl, don't you think we should reword that a bit?

What about this: "The first time you open the Concordium Mobile Wallet, you’ll be asked to click "Yes, I Accept" to confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions."
