[CBW-464] Update Send funds feature #380

Purpose

We have to support sending both CCD and CIS-2 tokens.

Changes

Because of the bug described in ticket CBW-1345 sending CIS-2 tokens has been disabled and hidden. In this PR I've unhidden the transfer feature for CIS-2 tokens and fixed the bug described in ticket above.
