Strange error appears when accessing discord issuer on Testnet

Bug Description

After selecting Ok, I was able to login and issue credentials.

Chrome Version 116.0.5845.179 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I can reproduce this in chrome but not chromium (reliably) or firefox.

I'm guessing it's to do with load order of some components.

This issue is not fixed in v.1.0.1.
