Concordia end to end flow including new issuer frontends #102

Description It seems that after issuing new credentials using issuer frontend, user needs to access Concordia Social Media Verifier and then still has opportunity to issue new credentials.

I can imagine most of the users just selecting Log in right after coming to that page even though they already have credentials.

Agreed solution with Ales and Søren Z: Verification page at the Concordia - social media verifier will be the landing page and there will be text explaining what to do in case user doesn't have credentials.
