Purpose

Upgrade the project to use a newer version of the Rust SDK

Changes

Update concordium-rust-sdk to v4
Update rand to v0.8
Remove redundant ed25519-dalek from Cargo.toml
Update code to work with the changes in concordium-rust-sdk
