Enable wallet connect

Purpose

Enables WalletConnect for the proof-explorer. This builds on the commented code that was already present and just makes adjustments to enable it.

Changes

• Changed the ID_METHOD name to the agreed naming convention.
• Added a connect button for mobile (WalletConnect).
