Balance is visually increased for the amount that is being sent #30

To reproduce:

  1. Create an account and take 20k CCDs from the faucet.
  2. Send 10000 CCDs.
  3. Observe your balance

Result:

Balance visually increases for the sent amount. This is not the actual balance.

Expected:

Balance should only decrease once CCDs were sent.
