When id issuing fails, users will be able to contact Notabene by e-mail, with the included sessionID. Notabene will then reply with the reason for the failure.

[ ] Certain replies are not satisfying like e.g. if hashed sessionID is not found, the reply was "it's invalid; send another sessionID".
[ ] In general, support replies like "it's not an identity issuing problem but a wallet problem. We cannot help you." are not satisfying.
