Update to newest Onfido SDK #4

Task description Current Onfido SDK is v. 6.7.2. Newer versions with bug fixes (e.g. camera mode, hopefully, see https://github.com/Concordium/notabene/issues/3) are available.

Onfido is upgraded to SDK 6.13.0.
