Bug Description The Nota Bene identity issuance can be completed with a selfie that does not include the lower jaw.

Steps to Reproduce

Use the Nota Bene issuance flow to issue an identity.
Before taking the selfie, switch to landscape mode.
Take the photograph trying to align the head with the circle, but the lower jaw outside of the camera's sight.
Switch to portrait mode and confirm that the picture does not include the lower jaw.

Expected Result The identity should not be issued.

Actual Result The identity is issued.
