Bug Description Currently it is ensured that the anonymity revocation threshold is 2. This is as it should be. However check that request has 3 anonymity revokers is missing. This would mean checking that the record ipArData contains at least 3 different values.

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Result Check that ipArData contains at least 3 different values.

Actual Result No check.

Versions

Notabene version at alpha centauri mainnet release.
