Dear MultiPower team,
thank you for providing this tool. I tried to install it, however with Bioconductor 3.11 the R package RnaSeqSampleSize is not available any more, after being already deprecated in Bioc 3.10. Please see https://bioconductor.org/news/bioc_3_11_release/#deprecated-and-defunct-packages
Are there plans to replace this dependency in a future release?
