Do you have an example for myparameters for sample size estimation without pilot data? #8

Hello,

Thanks for the developing of this tool for multi-omics power analysis. While I am going through the manual, I found it is difficult for me to generate the myparameters to run the analysis with the instruction.

Can you give some examples to show how to use it?

Hello,

It is quite tricky to "invent" from scratch your parameters if you do not have pilot data. I tried to detail the procedure in the Users' Guide but it is difficult. If you give me more information about the experiment your are planning, maybe I can give you some tips, but it is much more useful if you can get some public data to be used as pilot data.
