Decouple Extension from Filesystem Interactions

Description

Adapt the current implementation to work regardless of any changes to file specifications needed by ConfigMate.

Tasks

Determine API routes

Tentative routes:

• GET:
  • ({ rulebook_path }) => returns rulebook contents as JSON
• ~POST: [Just 'add config' for now, maybe also 'add check' later]~
  • ~({ rulebook_path, new_config_path }) => returns updated rulebook contents as JSON~
  • !adds new config object at this path to rulebook file!
• ~DELETE:~
  • ~({ rulebook_path, existing_config_name }) => returns updated rulebook contents as JSON~
  • ~removes this config object from rulebook file~

Refactor current implementation:

• [x] Branch separating prior JSON implementation
• [x] Integrate prior JSON implementation
• [x] Use API ~calls instead of handling filesystem stuff myself~ call to read rulebook / get config filepaths
• [x] ~Error handling / data validation?~
• [x] Decouple containers, prioritize dependency injection
• [x] Decouple Rulebook interface
• [x] Remove unneeded artifacts from "rough draft"
