Grid editor for settings page #18

The settings page needs better editing capabilities (sorting, pagination, delete, add, etc.). I'm thinking about implementing jqgrid or something similar.

moving this back to unscheduled.. most of the javascript grids out there aren't very touch/mobile friendly. Will need to put more work into this in order to do it right.
