add conflux-remix to Remix Plugins Directory #6

@xiaods assuming I understand correctly - if you do not want to modify remix-ide, you should add an entry to https://github.com/ethereum/remix-plugins-directory which specifies description and icon, and then remix-ide will specify icon that is specified there
