Hello all Conflux warriors...A great person told me to get out of my comfort zone...so here we go.
This is a work in progress
I am a developer of 25 some years looking for a couple, max three more team members for the hackathon
Once I have my team members we will fine tune the following. It is hard to do without revealing too much. This is a full blown project that I have been thinking of and researching for some time but have not started a single line of code...so let us get started...
This will be a three part project. The NFT project will be the focus of the Hackathon but we may get to part of the mini-DEX as well
The Token will support early adopters offering staking of both MOON and FC with privileges and future bonuses for both.
144M max supply 21M min supply, IDO on MOON ( with their acceptance ) - 610k tokens will go to founders - myself and 4 others whom are supporting my personal development of blockchain technologies and research. These will be issued at 10k per month after launch of the NFT project. These 4 persons may chose to remain autonomous but will continue to support and further my research in blockchain and other projects also. Some of them will also help with marketing at no cost.
deflationary and inflationary, when burning goes below 21M LP providers will receive 50% newly minted tokens once per full MOON in honor of the MOON Team the other 50% will go to the community through various programs. I want to try this model because I believe a flow of tokens creates value like the flow of a river.
Both MOON and FC will also be burnt with a lower limit ( min token number amount) voted on by the LP holders.

Community driven
After the first year new development proposals will be voted on by LP holders, This will be democratic in that any LP holder will get one vote, this is unlike most current democracies where the wealthy sway the voting and stifle progress of development. This cannot be changed by voting. Larger LP voters will get a larger share of transaction fees but not have extra voting rights. The team will still pick the top x number of proposals to be voted on for the second year but will only have weighted voting rights on subsequent years.
New hires after one year will be voted on by LP providers and current team members. Current team members will have a higher weight in voting. I believe this is the future of all Defi projects, the community will decide in part the direction of all projects.
Though this will be community driven the Team will be incredibly well rewarded so as to attract the very best talent. This will also add value to all future additions and drive technology innovation.
Long term mini-DEX project
Both MOON and FC pairs
0.1% transaction fees.
LP holders of both MOON and FC ( a set minimum amount ) will be ZERO but will have to pay the amazingly low Conflux gas fees.
From the fees 0.05% will go to LP providers, 0.025 will burn MOON and FC and the token If all tokens are at their min level then the 0.025 fee goes to the LP providers. The remaining 0.025% will go to support the network and project. If the project costs are covered for both the NFT and DEX then the community can vote to distribute the remaining to a charity of their choice
The minimum amount will have tiers dependent on Conflux Wallet holding size. I want to encourage small holders to participate in the fee structure. The size of your LP holdings will determine the max size of order(s). This is still being thought out but if you want to place large zero fee orders you will have to have a large LP stake that is also locked for a period of time. There will be more to this than is being presented here.
the mini-DEX will have some other unique features and revenue as well to be revealed soon...
NFT project
This is a technology challenge project much of which is not written here.
-- This NFT project will combine two different and unique Defi blockchain technologies and they will work together and in unison...Conflux will be the main chain and handle all forward facing transactions.
It will have its own sponsorship mechanism....or a sort.
there will be a NFT transaction fee. If you use The Token for fees then fees are reduced There will also be a minimum sale price. The same transaction fee will be used when creating the NFT but only on one NFT per series and also based on the set sale price.
there will be other revenue associated with the NFTs
There will be staking and collections with collections having earnings for both the collector and the artist....
secondary sale of an NFT or collection will have a higher transaction fee with a portion going to the artist or artists, this may provide another revenue stream for the artist. There are some technology challenges with this I think which makes it interesting...Can a royalty follow an NFT....I think it might be able to...

I'm building a Java Servlet Aplication that will support a JSP and AJAX User Interface. I'll be making RPC calls using the Conflux Java sdk. I'll be a including a java/mysql user system I already have from previous projects. I'll be seeking to provide as much functionalilty to the front end as I can. The goal being to provide a simple to roll out and develop dashboard. 4) slideloft has started work.

A cross chain protocol, to swap cfx with eth and vice versa. Liquidity pools are maintained between the two chains to do the swaps. Liquidity provider earn reward for providing liquidity.
