Not automatically skipping

Describe the bug

I can skip the intro via the skip intro button on jellyfin web interface but it doesnt do this automatically even though I've checked Automatically skip intros and Automatically skip intros in the first episode of a season. It's not a big deal when using the web interface because I can just use the button but when using other clients on tvOs, firetv, ios etc. the plugin is unusable
