when disabling and then reenabling the mod, it doesn't properly set the config value #13

Mod (please complete the following information):

Describe the bug When using the mod again after having it uninstalled/disabled, it won't properly set the slider value to the vanilla framerate

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch game with mod
  2. Launch game without mod
  3. Change the framerate cap to anything else
  4. Launch game again with mod
  5. See slider showing the incorrect value

Expected behavior The slider is set to the value that was used while the mod was disabled/uninstalled

Additional context This bug occurs only when a config file already exists, as the game no longer thinks that it is the first time opening the mod. So it will not set the mod's framerate value correctly
